Join us in the Dutch Caribbean for an intentional week of ocean connection, movement, adventure & flow.
Designed as an elevated yet laid-back waterwoman experience, this retreat blends freediving, snorkeling, mermaiding, island exploration, and slow moments in paradise — all in a way that feels grounding & playful rather than intense or over-structured.
The entire island is a Marine Park & protected sanctuary. We’ll be staying at the iconic Buddy Dive Resort with access to Bonaire’s world-famous reefs and more than 50 shore-accessible dive and snorkel sites. Think crystal-clear water, vibrant marine life, Caribbean sunsets, incredible food, welcoming locals, and the kind of island rhythm that naturally slows you down.
Expect underwater exploration, salty hair, sunset dinners, beach hangs, laughter, movement, and space to simply breathe a little deeper. Take home stunning photos along with the incredible memories.

Elevated experiences
Designed to immerse you in the magic of island life both above and below the surface - we have woven consciously planned group activities throughout the trip, with plenty of space to take the time you need for yourself to unwind. Spend your days snorkeling, freediving, mermaiding, and creating art through underwater expression and imagery.
Beyond the water, we’ll explore rugged coastal landscapes, coral rock caves, national parks, and panoramic Caribbean viewpoints while spotting flamingos, wild donkeys, and the untamed beauty that makes Bonaire so unforgettable. Add in fresh local seafood, colorful food trucks, rich island culture, and slow sunset evenings, and the experience becomes equal parts adventure and restoration.
You will be invited to optional breath work sessions, yoga, and aquatic fitness training that you can incorporate into your own practices - But, it’s all about going with YOUR FLOW.
For those craving even more adventure, there will also be opportunities to add on experiences like SCUBA diving, kitesurfing, and other island activities throughout the week.
Are you a SCUBA diver or have a mer-man partner that would like to join you? Awesome - our sister company, Mountains to Seas, is running a SCUBA diving expedition that coincides with our dates. They have plenty of apartment options at the same resort & you can splash freely between groups!
Oceanside living
Buddy Dive is one of the most legendary resorts on Bonaire. Known for its sunny yellow apartments, tiki style umbrellas lining the shoreline, and amazing diving right off the docks. The staff are as warm & welcoming as the saltwater. Offering 2 oceanfront restaurants, a poolside bar, & a daily boutique breakfast buffet. Expect to see dolphins swimming by as you enjoy your morning on the deck. Picture laidback vibes & likeminded folks - be prepared to make dive buddies from all over the world.
We have a 3 bedroom apartment booked specifically for our women’s retreat, with each room hosting 2 mermaids. Availability for private rooms upon request.
Additional Opportunites
Although there is plenty to be enjoyed from breath hold diving - Bonaire is known for its unreal SCUBA diving. As and established Marine Sanctuary & the shore diving Mecca of the world, it’s the perfect place to get certified, hone your SCUBA skills, or just experience epic diving! Each of your guides are dive professionals - available to offer instruction & guided dives through out the trip. Gear rental packages are available onsite at the resort and unlimited tanks are available as an additional package with your room.
We will be offering free demos on our surface supply units - which are an amazing intro to breathing underwater. Imagine diving without all of the heavy gear. No certification necessary!
Bonaire also happens to be a kitesurfing hub & we have an amazing female instructor available to teach you to fly!

Packages start at $1900 with upgrades for private rooms, professional photo & video shoots, and SCUBA dive packages.
There is $600 deposit due for booking with finals due in September.

We have apartments booked at Buddy Dive, one of the most legendary resorts on Bonaire, with amazing snorkeling & diving right off the dock. Poolside bar & 2 restaurants onsite. Basic packages include a shared room in a 3 bedroom apartment - with availability to upgrade private rooms & private apartments

Buddy Dive offers an extensive breakfast spread w/ an omelette bar, Dutch pancakes, fresh meats & cheeses, pastries, cereals, & delicious coffee and juices. Available everyday 6:30 to 10am daily.

There will be daily in-water sessions to explore the beautiful reefs of Bonaire. With over 50 shore accessible sites & world renowned reefs - Bonaire is known as “divers paradise”.

Bonaire is just as beautiful above the surface as below. A national park takes up half of the island & flamingos soar overhead. Hikes to viewpoints, coral caves, wild donkey viewing, & pink salt flats are just some of the highlights of our land based excursions.

There will be daily options for yoga, breath work, & aquatic fitness training. Nothing is forced & going with the flow of how you’re feeling is encouraged. Opportunities to tour coral restoration gardens & swim with wild dolphins are present!

Our team will be taking photos the entire trip - capturing candids as well as facilitating beautifully posed photo shoots. Opportunities for private fine art shoots with professional photographers.

All transportation & fuel within the trip is included - you will be picked up at the airport & shuttled to all activities.

You will be accompanied by 2 dive professionals with a strong background in facilitating in-water activities & group adventure travel. With each boasting strengths as safety divers, first responders, and rescue swimmers - your safety is key. Over 10 years of international travel planning experience - this isn’t our first rodeo ;)
All guests are responsible for their own airfare (flying into Flamingo international - the only airport on Bonaire), lunches & dinners, & any beverages you desire. Bonaire has amazing restaurants as well as well stocked grocery stores.
Prices do not include the island visitor tax ($75) or the Marine Park entry fee ($40).
